I am not going to try and make even the most scant link between this stripy dress which I am coveting and the above mentioned day.
Suffice to say that I am in need of an occasion to wear this dress.
The colour combo is perfect.
I can only hope that the direction of the stripes doesn't enhance my waist (or other bits) too much when I am preparing pre - party drinks in the kitchen.
