the likes of these amazing Spanish ceramics weren't so far away.
Well, it's Spain via San Francisco but that still feels light years away, especially when transporting such beautifully fragile objects. Not sure how they would go as hand luggage either, although I am sure it has been done before.

what a coincidence I was on their webpage yesterday. We had these here in Brisbane in Mexican shop some time ago. I will try to find out if they are still around and let you know.

There are very similar 2nd ones at Kyo at the moment. I was in there the other day. Not as lamps, but similar pattern. I know you are semi-local so should you ever be visiting Ocean Grove, pop in and see what you think (-:
